The arrival of new players in the consumer credit market and changing consumer expectations and behaviors are forcing the BNP Paribas Personal Finance brand to evolve in order to capture the attention and loyalty of its customers and partners.
To support this evolution, ZAKKA is undertaking a dual mission of brand architecture and visual identity in eight European countries. The goal is to speak with one voice in all countries, projecting a strong, unified, and consistent image while respecting local issues.
The agency is thus rolling out the “Cetelemization” (referring to the French branch of the brand : Cetelem) of the European network and rethinking a fresh and modern design system, centered around the iconic and unifying figure of the green mascot.
