The Constance Hotels & Resorts group chose ZAKKA to support its strategic and identity overhaul.

The agency has given the brand a new tagline, “True by nature,” highlighting the philosophy and uniqueness of the luxury group, which prioritizes sincere relationships and authentic experiences in places where natural beauty remains preserved. The graphic identity has been redesigned to give it a more contemporary and unique dimension by highlighting its historic symbol.

The new positioning is also reflected in strong markers in the customer experience, as ZAKKA supports the group in developing innovative services called “Constance Moments.”

Work has also been undertaken on the group’s brand architecture. By renaming the group Constance Hotels, Resorts and Golf and creating the Constance Golf brand, the group is leveraging its expertise to turn it into a tool for development.
