A partner to artisan bakers since 1978, Moulins Soufflet develops sustainable, high-quality flours and specialty products. As part of Moulins Soufflet’s new strategic roadmap, ZAKKA has been asked to rethink the brand’s identity to better reflect its new ambitions.

Inspired by milling expertise, ZAKKA revisits the meaning of the mill and turns it into a powerful identity marker, placing wheat at the heart of the brand. Wheat from our French terroirs becomes the symbol of Moulins Soufflet’s responsible approach.

The bold typography evokes both tradition and modernity. It is intertwined to symbolize the synergy between all stakeholders. The warm colors, brown and gold, speak of the terroir and the material. The proprietary graphic language illustrates the supply chain, from the field to the finished product, and the photographs highlight the beautiful gestures of the crafts.
